These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Website and the jewelry retail career training program offered by us (“Program“). By accessing the Website, enrolling in the Program, or making a payment to us, you (“User“, “you“, “Learner“) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or enroll in the Program.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to enroll in the Program.
1.2 By enrolling, you confirm that all information you provide to us (including your name, contact details, educational background, and work history) is true, accurate, and complete.
2. Description of the Program
2.1 The Program consists of:
(a) a live online training of 3 (three) sessions of 1 (one) hour each, conducted on 3 consecutive days, led by [Trainer Name];
(b) a certification exam following completion of the training; and
(c) on passing the exam, a certificate of completion (“Certificate“).
2.2 Subject to the eligibility conditions in Clause 5 below, we guarantee that Learners who complete the Program and meet all guarantee conditions will be offered at least 2 (two) job interview opportunities with jewelry/retail sector employers within 6 (six) months of the date of certification (“Interview Guarantee“).
2.3 The Program, the Certificate, and the Interview Guarantee do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or assurance of employment or a job offer. We facilitate interview opportunities; hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 The Program fee is as displayed on the Website at the time of enrollment (“Fee“), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full (or as per any installment/EMI option displayed at checkout) through the payment methods available on the Website. All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your card or banking credentials.
3.3 On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp with details of your batch and login/access information for the live sessions.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Our cancellation and refund terms, including the process for claiming a refund under the Interview Guarantee, are set out in our separate Refund Policy, available here, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
5. The Interview Guarantee — Conditions
5.1 The Interview Guarantee described in Clause 2.2 applies only if you:
(a) attend all 3 live training sessions, or view the complete recorded sessions where a live session is missed;
(b) attempt and pass the certification exam (including any permitted re-attempts, as set out in Clause 6);
(c) complete and submit your candidate profile and resume in the format and within the timeline specified by us;
(d) remain reasonably available and open to the interview locations, formats (in-person/virtual), and employer partners offered to you; and
(e) do not engage in any conduct in breach of Clause 8 (User Conduct) during the Program or the interview-matching process.
5.2 If, having met all conditions in Clause 5.1, we are unable to offer you 2 (two) interview opportunities within 6 (six) months of the date of your certification, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Fee, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5.3 We are not responsible for, and the Interview Guarantee does not extend to: the outcome of any interview, an employer’s hiring decision, the terms of employment offered by any employer, or your conduct during an interview.
6. Certification and Exam
6.1 The Certificate is awarded solely on passing the certification exam and is intended to demonstrate that you have completed the training and possess a working knowledge of the subject matter covered.
6.2 The Certificate is not a government-recognized degree, diploma, or professional qualification, and does not by itself entitle you to any statutory benefit or recognition.

7. Third-Party Interview Partners
7.1 Interview opportunities are arranged with independent third-party employers (“Interview Partners“). We are not the employer, agent, or representative of any Interview Partner, and we do not control their hiring policies, timelines, or decisions.
7.2 Any employment relationship arising from an interview is strictly between you and the Interview Partner. We are not a party to, and bear no liability arising from, any such employment relationship.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to us or to any Interview Partner; (b) misuse the Website, disrupt live sessions, or share your access credentials/recordings for commercial purposes without our written consent; (c) engage in abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct towards our staff, trainers, or Interview Partners; or (d) infringe our intellectual property rights under Clause 9.
9. Intellectual Property
All training content, recordings, course material, the Website, our name, logo, and the Certificate template are the intellectual property of the Company (or licensed to us) and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1 The Program, Website, and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the training content for any particular purpose, other than the Interview Guarantee expressly set out in Clause 5.
10.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website or live sessions, and will not be liable for technical disruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party platforms, or force majeure events.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Program and these Terms — other than a refund payable under the Interview Guarantee and Refund Policy — shall not exceed the Fee paid by you. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income or employment opportunity.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its trainers, employees, and Interview Partners from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any false information provided by you.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations (including rescheduling of live sessions or delay in arranging interviews) due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet/telecom failures, or public health emergencies.
14. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your complaints:

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 (forty-eight) hours and resolved within 1 (one) month of receipt.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Clause 16, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
16. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date, and material changes will be notified to enrolled Learners via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Continued use of the Website or Program after such changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program, without refund (other than any refund due under the Interview Guarantee for conditions already met), in the event of a breach of Clause 8 (User Conduct) or fraudulent enrollment.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
