(c) Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from our Interview Partners once you have consented to be introduced to them (for example, interview scheduling updates).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to:
- Register you for the Program and deliver live training sessions
- Administer and evaluate the certification exam and issue your Certificate
- Match you with, and share your profile with, Interview Partners for the purpose of the Interview Guarantee
- Process payments and issue refunds where applicable
- Communicate with you about your batch, schedule, and program updates
- Send you promotional communications about future batches or programs (you may opt out at any time)
- Comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms and Conditions
- Improve the Website and the Program based on aggregated, anonymized usage data
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (obtained at the time of enrollment or Website use), for the performance of our contract with you (delivering the Program and the Interview Guarantee), and where necessary to comply with applicable law.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Interview Partners, strictly for the purpose of arranging interview opportunities under the Interview Guarantee, and only after you have completed your candidate profile
- Payment gateway providers, to process your payment securely
- Service providers who support our operations (e.g., cloud hosting, email/WhatsApp communication tools, exam proctoring tools), under confidentiality obligations
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your data
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including the duration of the Interview Guarantee period (6 months from certification) plus a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, remember your language preference (English/Hindi), and analyze Website traffic. 9. Children’s Privacy
The Program and Website are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (including our Interview Partners’ websites or LinkedIn profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
11. Cross-Border Data Transfer
